In order to ensure the security of the personal data entrusted to it, the Administrator acts in accordance with internal procedures and recommendations, in compliance with the relevant legal acts on the protection of personal data, in particular with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR). The administrator of personal data contained on the Website is 4Naturesystem – Wertykalni Spółka z o.o. (formerly Subito Advising Spółka z o. o.) with its registered office and address in Warsaw (01-217) at Kolejowa 15/17 Street, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under number 0000814022; REGON 384875620, NIP 5272912551 (hereinafter: Administrator). European Parliament and Council Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
