On 23-27 October in Cologne, the ORGATEC International Trade Fair for Office and Office Facility Equipment was held. The beginnings of this event date back to 1953, and each biennial edition hosts several hundred exhibitors from various countries. Along with them, innovations, trends, technological possibilities and unique solutions that are perfect for office spaces.
HUSH Meet L, the largest booth in the MIKOMAX company's offer with our 4Nature System green technology which purifies and moisturises the air, increases work efficiency and creativity, reduces stress, was presented for the first time in Cologne. This is a solution that will help with designing a unique office space in an original way and creating an independent office space with the possibility of holding meetings in silence. This project was very well received, drew attention and aroused a lot of positive emotions. It was the only offer of this type at the fair!
We were very pleased with the fact that there was a lot of interest in greenery at many stands from around the world. Some companies had live plants, some stabilised moss, and others artificial elements, e.g. artificial pot plants. We are definitely in favour of live vegetation, which reduces tension and stress, has a positive effect on the skin, respiratory tracts and eyes, improves mood and comfort in the work environment, gives a sense of harmony. Undoubtedly, however, every solution will find its supporters.
What other proposals did we still find at the fair? Ergonomic chairs that perfectly fit into every silhouette, swings, various sofas, benches with a space for plants, all kinds of solutions improving acoustics, including special armchairs or booths of different sizes. This is only part of the projects that was seen by over 63,000 visitors this year (source: FB Orgatec).
We came back full of inspiration, new energy and motivation to introduce greenery to the offices. That is why we work intensively! Another edition of the fair in 2 years in 2020!
